When you go online to schedule an appt, no one ever calls you back. You have to call them. Then when you do call, they ask you what the reason is when I have already stated that in the message. Furthermore, they state I can be given an appt at this time for this date, then tells me no cannot after all as we are completely booked. So why offer the appt then say you are completely booked? Makes no sense.
They did a great job of squeezing me in to their very busy day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have insurance so it was very costly, and I'll be selling an organ to recover from that if anyone is interested..
Every one was. Nice and very. Helpful. They have high tec equipment.
I brought my boyfriend to this place to get some work done he had not been to the dentist and I don't know how long because of the amount of work that needs to be done but the out-of-pocket cost was going to be around $800 which was fine because we are making payments on it a couple weeks later the office called saying the insurance run out faster than they thought and then we would have to pay another $400 almost $500 so we added that on to our payment now here we are in December 3 months later and they called again saying the insurance is now not covering two of his crowns and then we would have to pay another $600 on top of the amount we already had the insurance wouldn't cover it because they deemed two of his crowns unnecessary. This place is Cap happy they did UNESSECARY work which means some of his teeth could have been saved when you get a crown they shave your teeth down to little Nubs obviously he will never get his teeth back. BEWARE of them!!!! they have a new machine called cerec and that can make crowns the same day and I think they were just trying to use the machine as much as they can because the machine is very expensive. I should have never taken him to this awful place!!!! I would not recommend anyone to come here and I will be telling all my friends and family not to come here and warning them about this practice!!!
I struggle with PTSD and I am working through it, the staff was extremely compassionate. I was open and honest with them about my fears and I'm working through it. A little pricey but when they are finished with me I will have my smile back!! worth every penny.
