Italian ice good.Slow ass hell lines. They need more registers, an im lactose intolerent badly so i asked for a small cup of tap water to take a dairy pill an the young teenage idiot (supervisor) told me no. Id have to go to the rest room an they have a small sink an to be honest i didnt fell like dipping my head in a lil sink to take a pill. She advised me that store policy pre vents them giving a cup over the counter. All i needed was a small cup to take a pill. An we spent $30 . Im sure a box of cups they get for not even 30cents. Ill never go back to that spot.Ive gone to Cold Stone,Baskin Robins,TCBY an they all give u a cup with a ounce of water
Was pleasantly surprised by the amazing gelati and how well it mixed with the Italian ice. Mango and vanilla is a must have if it's your first time

The prices we're a little bit too much for the actual amount of what is given. I also thought the selection would have been a bit bigger. The custard ice cream wasn't even that enjoyable and I was afraid of actually getting anything else.
Good options. Service could improve as it was on the slow side. Felt like a good value and enjoyed quite a bit.
