It's iron clad and after I paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS into the Great Western Insurance Company in Ogden, Utah the company that writes the insurance policy for Salser & Dillard, I was unable to continue paying for financial reasons.
Don't trust the directors to give you back personal belongings. Gave personal pictures to be made into a DVD and funeral director named Gorge refused to return them and gave them to another family member. Causing problems during a painful time. Go elsewhere for your funeral services.

I just wanted to say thank you for a beautiful job you did on the stephen paredez jr funeral yesterday everything came out very nice and haley is a very sweet kind person , however I feel the funeral was a bit rushed by the funeral driver from the church to the cemetary I understand that this is a business but feel there could be a little more compassion on that part but you guys truly did a nice job for my son father . During the signing of the insurance papers after my Mom's passing I asked for my Mom's pin number. I was told I would receive a phone call the following day with that information. I did not receive a call from this representative. I also had to return to sign a paper that was not signed during the initial meeting. Then this same representative didn't call me to inform me that I could pick up my mother's ashes. He had told me he would call me in 1 to 2 weeks to let me know she was ready to be picked up but after a month I had to go ask them for her.
