I've been trying to get my hotwater heater repaired since June 11th 2017 and here it is September 18th 2017 and I'm on hold right now for the last 40 mins to speak a manger.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.. DON'T BUY THEIR WARRANTY....

Waited over 20 minutes for help that never came. I can hear the loudspeaker perfectly fine but it didn't help. Another man was there but left because he needed to and i still didn't receive help. I left to shop elsewhere.
