ER is a little bleak and impersonal, but it's an ER, not a theme park.... what do you expect?
I came here because I been have loss of appetite for two weeks, lost a lot of weight, and bad runs...went here and they took me in did vitals and go in talk to the doctor and he look at my records from months and years ago and said Im not anemia and make a rude comment saying for me to go home and follow up with my doctor or if I wanna hang around then I can??... So rude..who the hell would want to wait hours in the ER?. Didn't even care to check me or anything..but smart talk think he the big thing and sent me home...I don't ever wanna be in this ER but have no choice...
This is out of hand. I miss the Kaweah of the 90s. Now it's medieval medicine.
My dad was in a bad car accident almost a yr ago and was in the emergency room..they then moved him to the hall way, bloody and all to make room for someone who was vomiting. When they released him they say that he had nothing fractured and was good to go. Again bloody and all and gashes all over his face. If it wasn't for me reminding the staff about a gash/hole he had above his eye, they would have let him leave without sutures. Till this day, his shoulder is still out of place and needs surgery on it, but to them " He was good to go! Nothing broken" Wow. Wish we had a better and actual caring hospital around. Sad really
Also your new commercial looks like ghosts flying around does zero for your image. Yes here at Kaweah we will turn you into a ghost.
What's going on?
Today 11-19- 2017 is day # 5 for me in this hospital. I arrived I couldn't breathe and my heart was in AFIB @ 145+ bpm. These folks undoubtedly saved my life. I have NEVER met a finer nursing staff anywhere. I have been treated with kindness, dignity, and respect by everyone I have been in contact with.
Had both of our kids here. Amazing staff and great facilities. Super clean.

That can't treat zebra patients ( go ahead moderator I'll wait for you to Google that ) if I go to a bigger city they know what that means.

I call before , if your far too complex we will take you somewhere else. Come on KD! It's 2017 you had better numbers 20 years ago.
How do we as a city request that this hospital needs a new face ? Can we go to city hall ? Who do we tell these stories to that will listen?
