they make it really hard to call and get through to a live person. all i want is to pay my bill!!!! frustrating-answer the phone already!!!! 'Ive been on line holding for 15 minutes after the call back system hung up on me. i need a new company who has time for this type of technology :/ i had to give them at least one star to post this dud!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Shelly Espinoza was extremely rude and no help. I will be in contact with their corporate offices to let them know about our experience here and how unprofessional the people in this office are! We are in the middle of closing on our home in Visalia and they wait till the last weeks to tell us that they can't give us coverage on our home because there was and existing claim on the home we were purchasing. Which has nothing to do with us. I asked what the claim was for and she was unable to provide me with any information. My wife and I have been loyal customers to this establishment for 7 years and now will be taking our business elsewhere. We picked up the phone and contacted State Farm. Not only were they able to help us get insurance so we can continue with the closing process but they were able to pull up how much the property damage claim was on the property we are purchasing. Come to find out it was a 268$ claim. Are you kidding me AAA $268!? You have lost a client who has been loyal and will never do business with you again.
