Absolutely the worst experience ever!! It's been a month after ordering a watch from them and they don't even have the decency to let you know what is going on. It has been up to me to follow up after 3 times being told that your watch will be here on "Friday" then "Next Friday" then "Monday"... Still without my Christmas present- still waiting... Story keeps changing every time I call them. Also, bought a charm bracelet for my little girl which broke the second time I put it on her.. Very expensive for the quality... Discount and price on watch changed from the time I walked in and asked, to my husband walking in 20min later and asking about the same watch- just a different lady helping him... Makes you wonder... I will never ever do business with these people again!!!
Me and my fiancé had the worst experience here ever! The ring we bought was lovely and the lady helping us was nice (later we learned that nice lady left and I think it had something to do with her coworkers being rude to her because they wernt that nice to her while we were there) and fit well in store so we wernt going to have to have it sized but we were told that the insurance that we paid for when we bought the ring had free sizing. However when we got it I tried it on and it was a completely different size! So we took it back in and they told us we had to pay $80 for the sizing which is rediculous because A) we got a different sized ring then in store when we had bought it and B) We bought the insurance and the insurance is supposed to cover ring sizing.... Then the next time my fiancé took the ring in to be cleaned he was told that the ring had to be brought in every month to be cleaned to keep up with the insurance policy so it wouldnt be void and it took my fiancé almost 20 minutes of arguing with the sales lady till he found in the paperwork where it said every 90 days is a required ring cleaning to keep up with the insurance.... It makes me wonder if they even know their own polices and makes me think I am right about the ring sizing .... I will never do buisness there again and my suggestion to anyone is do NOT shop here the customer service is horrible and the manager there is rude. I will be sending a letter to their corporate office and trust me it will not be easy breezy. When dealing with expensive jewelry your employees need to know not only what they are doing but they had better know their policies! Remember there is lots of money on the line! If you do end up shopping here you need to make sure you ask for paperwork on everything so if they something isn't what it's supposed to be you can prove to them that's not right. I don't appreciate being scammed or manipulated out of my money therefore I do NOT recommend anyone to shop here ever. Please take your buisness else where where the employees are appreciate and customer service is valued.
