Waste of time waiting for nothing and they had 10 days to get just one paper processed and still not done.

I had a lady attend me, he name was Amelia L Torres, and she was extremely rude. She had the worst attitude and failed to answer any of my questions. Terrible assistance.
My worker is not available on any Monday or Friday and is not available almost any time I call. The most recent situation I needed to talk to her about I happened to catch her on the last day she was working before 10 days of leave and she was only going to be able to review anything I sent in for at most the day before a meeting she scheduled.
The people i delt with when i was inside the bhilding were great got inand out no problem. But when i called no body seemed to know who to tranfer me to and when i got to the right person that i needed to talk to the phone hung up and i keep end up just going in because the phone tag bullshit.
