The staff and Pharmacist are very friendly and helpful, i would recommended this pharmacy to all my friends

Very friendly staff, pharmacist explained directions well. I wished that they would bill private insurance directly, overall great place.

Finding Nature's Pharmacy has been a blessing to myself, my sister (who lives in Texas) and my friend. I spent years on the low end of normal with large pharmaceutical companies answer to thyroid replacement. Having thyroid medication compounded for my personal need is amazing. I wasted money on medication that had no results. The compounds that have been made for me have truly been an answer to prayer. I have found, over the past three years, Christine and her staff to be professional, friendly, helpful, timely and always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I have witnessed the same professionalism towards others on several occasions when there was a customer ahead of me. They send my sister's prescription to her in Texas since she could find no compounding pharmacy there. What other pharmacy would do that? I wanted to take this moment to acknowledge how truly blessed we are to have Nature's Pharmacy in Visalia. I drive 20 miles one way to take advantage of their service and honestly. . . I would drive 100.

This is a small family owned business that can get busy at times. I too had to wait for around 15 minutes to talk to the Pharmacist. This pharmacy specializes in natural remedies and hormone replacement from natural sources. They are very passionate about what they do and take the time to do a great job. They have given me great advice and have greatly improved my life as well as several other I know. Its too bad "Waylon Jennings" didn't have the time to appreciate what these people can do for him. The owner has been a licenced Pharmacist for many years and knows all about the drugs that the other pharmacys despense. She choses the natural compounds that do not have the side effects of chemical based drugs. It is unfortunate it is hard to get insurance to cover the care there. Its just another case of big drug pharmacy and insurance companies in bed together. Unlike Mr. Jennings I am happy to put my real name down as a loyal customer.

I never thought that in my lifetime I would meet an aggressive money-grubbing pharmacist, until I visited nature's pharmacy. My experience there was unbelievable. The pharmacist I worked with made me wait an hour past my appointment time both times when I went in to see her, probably because she was so much more important than I, and her time was so much more valuable. On the first visit the pharmacist charged me a $175 "consultation fee," which I paid out of my pocket. Strangely, my medical insurance does not cover pharmacist consultation fees. Is this because it is a fee that should never be charged by a pharmacist? The fee and the reason for the fee were for a hurried 30-minute presentation, which she read to me from a brochure. After she read her presentation she then asked for my credit card. I must be an idiot, because I actually gave it to her. I should have walked right then, but for some reason I was thinking that you're always supposed to trust your pharmacist. RIght? Anyway, after she got my money the young pharmacist launched into a high pressure sales pitch in an attempt to wrangle me into monthly delivery of about $150 worth of vitamin and herb supplements---some of which cost far less than what she was charging when I looked them up later on the internet. By that point I was starting to get wise, and I adamantly declined, to which the young intrepid pharmacist was visibly unhappy that I was unwilling to sign up to give her $150 a month for the rest of my life. My only conclusion is that she has probably recently purchased a 4,000 S.F. house in an exclusive Visalia subdivision, and she is trying to figure out how to pay the mortgage. That, or maybe she just got herself a new five-series and has big lease payments to make. In all fairness, I'm sure that some people get reasonable service at this store, but my experience at nature's pharmacy was absolutely awful. As such, my highest recommendation is that if you are looking for a compounding pharmacy, keep looking. There are lots of other compounding pharmacies out there. On the other hand, if you truly enjoy working with unethical used car salesmen, then head on over to nature's pharmacy, and go have some fun with the folks that work there.
