I thought the other reviews here might have been overstating things at tad, when I came to find a local plumber, but gave Schaak a call anyway. I was wrong. These days, it's hard to find the level of customer service that they provide. I have used several other plumbers here in Visalia and am only sorry I didn't find Gerald sooner. You need a plumber? You simply can't find anyone better than Schaak.
I wrote a review 4 years ago and it hasn't changed. We were in a bad fix and needed help. I expected to pay for the position we were in but that's just not how Gerald does business. Where others would have taken advantage of our situation, Gerald will not. You can't find a more honest and reputable company than Schaak Plumbing. Below is my review from 4 years ago and it still holds true...
Gerald is a very nice, clean, polite and friendly person. He took his boots off before coming in to my home. He did an excellent job fixing the sink and garbage disposal. He gave me tips on keeping the disposal clear from clogs. I will not hesitate to call him again. He is one of a kind.
