The meat was very good, I’m looking forward to come back and see if service has improved - then they will definitely get an extra ⭐️
The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the server was very personable and attentive. If not for her, our dinner out would have been a poor experience. We opted for the $15.99 steak and unlimited shrimp. First of all, we knew that the steak would be very small (5 oz) but it wasn't cooked as requested and it had absolutely no flavor. The shrimp were extremely small and still had the tails on, which made them difficult to eat. Also, although the shrimp was "unlimited", we were given very small portions after which we had to wait for our server to find time to get more. It was a Thursday night but the restaurant was very busy so it took a while to actually get our "unlimited" shrimp. One more thing....the Ziosk is not user friendly. I have been to several restaurants that use the table-top payment method but this particular one was a real pain.
Staff was very friendly, but also forgetful... (our waitress forgot to bring the extra plate we asked for, and Ketchup only after 3 x asked for) It’s a relatively new restaurant and that might explain the flaws.
It has been a while since I have been to one of these. Have to say it was great! Decent amount of food for the price and the restaurant has a good vibe. The service was a little slow. I think our area was under staffed. Oh and don't forget the blooming onion! It's delicious.
I came here for my birthday and was treated to dinner. I had ordered some loaded French fries which never came and my guest had ordered a ice tea. As our drinks come out my guest orders some sugar to add to their tea sugar never came as we flag down another server we ask for some sugar and he brings us sugar promptly only to find that all the sugar was wet from someone spilling something in the sugar holder. We order our food and add the 11.99 lobster tail which was not worth it as our food gets to us the lobster tail was half the size of a dollar bill... I could keep going to without sharing my nitpicks but to be honest you would enjoy a better steak from Applebee’s trust me.
Lunch today was very good service was excellent, lunch was served quickly, husband had a hamburger said it was great! Father in law a side salad and shrimp was very happy and full..I had a large salad with chicken sorry to say will never order again as it was very very fresh no complaints there but maybe had a sprinkle of cheese, two little tomatoes a few pieces of chicken and that was it but I would order the small salad it had more on it than mine did...also all you can eat shrimp!!! Like said very good would have given a 4 and 1/2 rating if they had 1/2...we will go back
