Best pizza in town
I made the mistake tonight to give them another chance. Made an online order for delivery at 930pm (hours listed 10pm) only to get a phone call from an employee saying the delivery driver had gone home already. She asked if we wanted to still get our order for pick up, but we weren't sure we wanted to do that. We decided we still wanted our order, and attempted to call back.. no answer. I made a new online order at 940, this time for pick up. Received ANOTHER phone call, this time the girl said that "their ovens had been shut down for awhile" so they couldn't make our order. Are you kidding?!? Obviously they wanted to go home early and turned away business. Horrible customer service.
They have a lunch buffet that is great. It's fresh and has bread sticks and brownies. They can sometimes make a pizza you request for the buffet. The salad bar is included and is fresh and has all the toppings.
I have loved pizza factory since I was a kid. I ordered from this location before, and there was a hair baked into one of the pepperonis. I complained, and never heard back from the company.
This place is a great place to go to I highly recommend it the employs are great I never had a problem my fav employee was the colored eye kid every time I go his eyes are a different colors
The pizza is a bit greasy but the employees are awesome and the salad bar is to die for! And, the prices are reasonable too!
