Pleasant employees lots of products, unfortunately did not have any of the things I was looking for, so can't subjectively score much higher.
Lame, over priced, Amazon can beat every price they have and be delivered for free.

Hiking gear selection is a joke. Takes a long time to find someone for help and when you do they have only general knowledge of product.
High end. Everything sports. The fishing lures looked so real I got hungry for sushi. I am over 70 and I almost bought a bb gun. The camo looked so real I almost didn't see it. Seriously. This place is serious. Go there and look at golf clubs that you want to swing, dispite the fact you hate golf.
Love this place. I come here mainly for golfing, fishing and soccer equipment. I normally find everything I need. Only I would suggest is more product knowledge. Some of the staff working in department barely know the basics and always have to seek out a manager to help
