Little slow for customer service but it's the place to go for birthday or Christmas presents. I go for board games and it's great to get party entertainment
Great store, just about every toy you can think of. And they price match so no reason to go anywhere else.
all I have to say is the worse costumer service ever. I went there last night after i purchased an item online. I should have just went in the store and looked for it myself it probably would have been quicker. The cashier was horrible. I have been at this location before and the costumer service was bad but then I said let me give it another try but I will never go back to that location again. I live in Delano and I enjoy going to Visalia for my shopping but when it comes to this location I will go to Bakersfield from now on.
Love the lady who does the birthday readings, she's amazing but I dislike how they stopped giving out the Geoffrey stuffed animal & the birthday book. They don't offer most of the stuff the other Toys"R"Us do but it's the only one near by so it makes do. Definitely not a place to go shopping on Black Friday!
