I have been a BofA customer for years and I have learned to HATE the ATMS at both BofA locations in Visalia. The screens freeze; They are frequently dysfunctional and DO NOT provide receipts; They take my ATM card and I am forced to go inside to retrieve it. The MENTAL GIANT who designed the drive-up ATMs at the Mooney branch placed the two ATMS too close to each other. This forces drivers to frequently exit their vehicles to use the second machine. GIVE US A BREAK BANK OF AMERICA! I have been forced to call the ATM number at both branches to report deposits that apparently gave the machines a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN! Get your act together folks. I went to my bank, Chase, and they cashed it in less than five minutes and they said that they would have cashed the check if they were in BoA's position.
Way to treat a customer. Maybe I don't bank with you now, but you have just helped me to decide that I am not opening ANY account with you.
Does anyone answer the phones??? I've been trying to get ahold of someone at the bank all day today, called several times at different times of the day but yet no one seems to pick up the phone. It's getting irritating that I cant get help without actually going into the branch.
There all ways busy on the on the first and through the six some of those customer service are very helpful but not all of them we understand when under stress some others customer service a very helpful but not all of them we understand we under stress but this is the profession that you choose try to give 100% all the time
P.S.- I would have given them zero stars if Google let me.
I don't have a BoA account, I definitely won't after this experience, and I urge everyone to go elsewhere. There are plenty of better banks out there!
Had to wait in line for 40 minutes to cash my check. Ridiculous. Their excuse was it's the first of the month. Well if you know your going to be busy you should have more than 3 tellers working! Team they asked me to open an account with them! Make me wait I line 40 minutes and then ask me to open an account!? If that's how you treat you customers why would I ever dream of joining?
Thank you BoA for reminding me why I've never banked with you! I went into cash a check written to myself and another person, drawn on BoA funds. It was from a class-action lawsuit, in other words, the money was already there. BoA refused to cash it because the other party had changed their name, but they did have a state driver's license with each name. They essentially told us that they wouldn't cash it because we didn't have an account there. So, if you don't have an account at BoA, hope like hell that you're never written a check from there.
