I completely disagree with Kimberlys statement. I have been a customer of Bank of the Sierra for many years. It's very rare that they have a long line and if there is a line of more than 3 or 4 people, an employee will ask if there's anyone making a deposit without cashback involved. Many times people are able to be helped quicker because of this and the line moves fastre. THEY ALSO DO A FREE GIFT FOR PEOPLE WHO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT! Great bank, great staff, and the gifts are nice items and good quality.
This is the worst bank I have ever used. They have the most archaic banking policy I know of, especially their deposit policy. Their debt card Mastercard is mostly useless; it cannot be used for credit purchases. I had trouble with my mother's account even though I was signed on the account. I simply cannot imagine a worst bank.
Never enough staff, or if there is enough, they don't seem to give the line any attention.
