Always excellent Customer Service here! This Honda Service Department is the best in the Central Valley. Fast, Knowledgeable, Honest, Proactive, Loyal to their customers. Our car battery died after 1 year 5 months of use and they made the replacement painless. Covered under warranty : ) While I was in they checked the battery sensor due to a recall that was just issued. Keep all your receipts and make your appointments with Arron.
I actually bought for my first car here not to long ago. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Ramiro who was one of the sales men their who helped me with the purchase. I qualified for a great interest rate and great monthly payments. I would of given this a five star review if they would of thrown in a window tint in the deal due to being a hot summer. It does get really hot in the car but nevertheless overall great experience.
I needed an oil change & tried multiple times calling. Each time was greeted with a message that they were busy and to leave a message. I didn't want to leave a messaged, so continued to call. Reached a live person after lunch. Was offered 2 apps that afternoon, which I gladly took. I asked for an oil change & a tire rotation. Process took 45 minutes to complete. However, when I looked at my paperwork at home, realized that no tire rotation took place, just checked the pressure. Seemed like a high price just for an oil change and routine inspection. Otherwise everyone was polite and helpful.
went into Visalia Honda dealership to do recall. As I was told the recall should only take 1hr-2hrs they ended up taking up to nearly 4hrs. The service was really slow. next morning I went to DMV to pay renewal fees and tags, but was not aware it wasn't possible without the recall certificate which wasn't given to me after a long wait at dealership.as well as a long wait at DMV once again I headed back to honda dealership and get certificate and went back to DMV and wait longer. honda dealership made something that was so simple made waste of good days work.
The service department sucks! They are unprofessional and rude! Don't bother making an appointment, they won't start working on your car until three hours later! Will never buy another car from this company again! I will spend my money elsewhere!
