With all due respect to the agents in the Hertz rental car location in Visalia, your customer service is of the lowest customer service that I have ever experienced in a Hertz location. For example being told that a representative will call you back regarding your issues and no one calling back. Secondly, we were calling the location without anyone answering the phone from 9am -closing on Saturday, and we called numerous time. I really don't know how you stay in business treating people that way. Thank you very much.
I had been going to enterprise for a long time. But ended up going here one day. My first impression wasn't a good one because of their location, and the building itself just wasn't all that pretty.

I was in and out, the car was very nice well kept, and the price was unbelievable.
Selection is limited as everyone who can afford it gets a one way out of that town. Kinda spendy, but worth it.
Haven't rented in awhile forgot my customer # so called Visalia it rang 30 times twice and hung up
The return was just as easy/fast.
But they make up for it in many other ways. I spent maybe 10 minutes in there, I got the car I needed at a wayyyy cheaper price than I expected. They asked very few questions.
