One of the scrubbers didn't work going through the car wash. Only one side of car got scrub and vacuums were not even hooked up.
The self-service lane had a much cheaper option than the full-service lane, and completely removed the bugs from my hood. The manual prewash technician really made a difference. Great job! My car was not completely dry afterwards though, recommend bringing a microfiber or chamois towel of your own for your windows.
Their fast wash is just ok, there is one in Tulare where only cost $10 for the same wash and they even add a trash bag, rag and deodorant for your car.
For a full service car wash I would expect more, regardless of the cost.
I rated five stars for customer service, the owner is a fair and decent man. I had damage to my bumper caused by the big black truck in front of me. The owner of the truck did not take his white buckets out and they blew out, getting stuck under my car. Bent my bumper under and damaged it. This man did not even stop, he had to see his buckets flying out. Very rude and irresponsible.
Came here on 8/11/17 because the reviews were great. Did the top full service cleaning and reminded the young man cleaning to move the seats in back when vacuuming.
The owner offered to take care of any damage. This is a business man who cares about his costumers and his business. Thank you so much for making everything right.
Came back to it 40min later and it was supposedly done. Floor in the back was not vacuumed at all, the only window washed inside was the windshield. Both mirrors still had bugs on them and non of the back seats were vacuumed.
