I"m a member and I get to sit there and watch my black car air dry and water spot. This has happened more than once. They weren't busy because they broke down and closed early.
Used to be a great car wash but no leadership now and it has really went downhill, been going there since 1973, time to fine a new place in Visalia
The customer service is great there. They're fast and friendly and have no problem getting things they might have missed. Took a little long but that's expected with how busy they are.
This may not be Visalia's newest car wash, but it is certainly the friendliest and most accommodating. I try every new full service car was that opens in this town and so far, I stick with these guys! Every car wash you buy, you get a SECOND one for free, if you bring it back within 7 days. Now THAT, is a good deal!
Consistency is lacking. It's either really good, or disappointing. Angel is the best detailer! Ask for her and you will be thrilled. I give four stars because I am addicted to having Red Carpet Clean my car. Love the membership program too!
