I went there to ask questions about my computer. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and nice. He showed me how to do what I wanted then let me do it.
I was looking for a specific item and the website showed it to be available, but when I checked it wasn't on the shelves. The cashier managed to get another employee to go into the back to search for it. I waited and when the employee came back empty handed I was sad, but he said he was going to check their warehouse for it and if I could wait again. I really wanted this item as it was barely restocked again in the US, so I waited again and yup it was in the warehouse. I'm so grateful for this employee who took the time to go hunting for my specific item.
Great place for electronics. not enough service for just asking basic answers. always looking and waiting for help.
I'm an elite plus member, so I buy a lot from them. I prefer to buy Electronics from Best Buy because I get to take the items home with me immediately. Most of their staff is really friendly and helpful, like in any place some staff should not be working with customer. I like how they recently clean it up and rearranged the store. They price match and have an overall good return policy.
They are so helpful. They've helped me pick out the best electronics for school among all the different choices. I'm so glad I choose to get their two year protection plan i've used geek squad twice and it was quick and easy they got everything processed quickly all I had to do was sign and wait for the new laptop to be shipped to me.
