I received an invoice for all of the batteries after paying cash for them previously. Called the office to straighten things out, was told nobody had come in to purchase batteries for my address. I asked for the owner, got sent to his voicemail. Never received a call back, continued to receive invoices for batteries, with late fees/interest being added now. I canceled service and they refused to reimburse me for prepaid 3 months of service. I was not in contract with them.
I had been a customer of theirs for 6+ years. Went in to buy a bunch of replacement batteries for my sensors, as I replace them myself. I paid cash and wasn't offered a receipt, which I didn't think I would need but..
The worst alarm company in Visalia. I had my house burglarized and they said my motion sensor was actually a heat sensor and did not pick up the body heat of the perp. Owner is a complete arrogant idiot. I am using Simply Safe and they are awesome.
I was paid up over 9 months of service credit with Security First when I cancelled because I pay once a year with no contract. They told me I would receive a check for the unused credit when I cancelled, Ive called 3 times thus far to enquire about my credit, and I am being given the cold shoulder. The owner can take that $300ish dollar credit and shove it into his rectal canal, he needs it more than I do.
HORRIBLE company to deal with. Save yourself the aggravation look elsewhere for your security needs.
