The salesman was very polite. We found a quality Ashley couch that we love and a coffee table and sofa table to match. The prices were reasonable as well. Only 1 complaint: We were offered the floor model on the tables. They seemed to be in good condition. However, when I asked what the cost of the floor models would be, I was told that they are "the same price as new". Why would anyone pay full price on a floor model vs new???
If you need anything to furnish your house...GO ASK FOR JULIO!! my fiance and I went searching all over town and Serranos beat pricing AND had a great selection! He showed us plenty of selection and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him and this store!
We love this place.... Bought our dining room table and Hutch for Noe. He is always helpful and great to work with. We returned for our second purchase for our couches, and once again he was great. We purchased on Thursday evening and was expected dilevery for Monday... Noe knew we wanted it asap... and manage to get it to us by Fri morning!!! Thank you... We were so happy... and LOVE our new couches. Would highly recommended the Visalia location... and make sure Noe helps you!!!
