I'm glad we went through the inconvenience of not having our bed delivered on time because I would have never found out I was in a lease until months later I'm sure. 90 day same as cash should not involve a LEASE. Who leases a mattress? That's reason number one why I gave you a 1 review. Secondly, one of the main reasons we purchased from you is because we were promised our bed that evening. We came home, moved our old bed out front because it was going to be hauled off and I get a call at 6:10 PM that our bed was not going to be delivered. So what did my 2 month old baby and I have to do? Sleep on the couch. I'm sorry you had an employee issue, that's not my problem. I'm sure you have other employees that could have delivered it to make sure your customer was taken care of. Third, when I wanted to cancel my order because I was upset I was told I couldn't because I'm involved in a lease. So what did I have to do to get myself out of a lease? Pull out 2,000+ dollars so you guys would cancel it. I hope people don't make the same mistake we did. Oh, and the pad we got was horrible! It was not a soft material at all and you could feel it through the sheets! Not something someone would want to sleep on. I hope everyone reads reviews on you because we made the mistake of not. If you search your business on the internet all you see is bad reviews. We didn't look you up because we didn't think we needed to research a furniture company but lesson learned!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Left a voicemail stating my bed was finally in(returning my call because she had no idea if it was in or what was going on and we've been waiting almost a full month) in the voicemail Thursday evening while I was at work. She stated they would not stage my bed for pick up till we confirmed. She called me Friday morning about 30min after they opened and said my bed was staged for pick up and to go get it. I told her I don't get off work till about 4pm and will have to get a truck and didn't understand why she would stage it without my confirmation. She simply said well the sooner the better because it's out already staged. When I got off work and got a truck to pick up my bed it was LITERALLY OUTSIDE AGAINST A WALL. FROM WHEN THEY OPENED TILL 4pm. I will NEVER go here again.
