Bad service. Security guard with his fake badge is on a power trip. Probably over compensating for his small stature. Nosy receptionist asking questions that are none of her business. Overall bad experience. The only professional there was the manager.
I needed a new s.s. card. Nothing to fancy. But obviously not for these hopeless workers. At first they asked me the basic. Name ss. # and reason for visit. Then she said to have a seat and wait to be called. This was 11:10am. So I waited all the while people walking in after me are being helped. I wasn't getting to irritated until 1hr. Half passed and still nothing. I finally walked out at 1:23pm. A full 2 hours 5 min. With nothing accomplished. I read the reviews and taught I'd have a different experience. I was wrong. I'm not sure what Idiot is in charge of this office but what a waist of resources. I've never felt more miserable disgusting irritated and enraged with a simple office visist. What a hell hole
I was called to a window and the worker said are you recording im like what the Hell !! Then calls security guard nonething happened but I'm still lost or my brain froze !! ? Not sure
I waited for three hours and was seeing people that got there after me go ahead of me there service sucks big time and still need to go back my God!!!!!! All bad!!!
Horrible management they take forever to help you ! Needs a lot of improvements I waited 5 hours just for someone to see me .
