This company is outstanding in their work and customer service. I placed an order for several Beautiful items. After going over my order again I realized I had made a mistake on the dates. I called this next morning. The person I spoke assured me that the mistake could be corrected. I received everything I ordered the following day with no mistakes. The quality of the product and the workmanship is amazing. At such a hard time it's great to have a company who can work so quickly and get you that things that you need. I've had my urn necklace for less than a week. Worn it maybe 3 times. The metal (whatever it is) has already started turning from "silver" to a pinkish hue. Not sure why, as I don't use perfume, lotion, etc. on my neck/chest area. It isn't even hot enough to sweat. Not happy AT ALL with the fact that my mother's ashes are stuck in such a disappointing piece. I unfortunately recommended this place to a friend before I received my piece and she spent $600 on a personalized urn that arrived without the plaque!!! It's ridiculous!!!!
I was highly impressed with the speed of delivery as well as the call letting me know when to expect it was great customer service! The urn itself was simply amazing. My Dad was a truck driver and we purchased a Kenworth truck and trailer urn. It is very fitting for my Dad and I appreciate the ability to provide something so very personalized just for him! I purchased the Mother of pearl with wings urn pendant and golden heart urn, and I’m very happy with both. It was a bit of a struggle to fill the pendant, but it seals nicely and makes me feel closer to my Mom. The engraving on the back was well worth it. I highly recommend this piece and company.
