I can't say enough about how great this place is. My daughter and I have been to quite a few trampoline parks and this one is by far the best. They have more attractions than the others we've been to, which is great, because my daughter doesn't get bored there, even after 2 hours. The staff is always very nice and the managers have went out of their way to help me, in the past. The awesome customer service of the management, shows why they have such great employees. We visit here as often as we can.
My two boys are very disappointed today. We have been a few times to jump and have had a great time. However, we have always gone during the 9-10 toddler time; I have a 5 and 8 year old. We have had no problems, until today. They decided today to let me know of their 6 and under only policy during toddler time, leaving my 8 year old out. Well I'm not going to have my 8 year old sit and watch while brother has a blast. I asked why they had let us all jump the previous 3 visits and they said they were probably just being "nice". I guess this means they're new policy is too be mean. We will spend our money elsewhere for now.
This is a great addition to Visalia. It is well run and kept clean. The kids are well managed and expected to follow the building rules. I have been to many trampoline parks around the world and this is one of the best. As long as it is well maintained, it will be a terrific place for kids of all ages to continue to enjoy. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but after going to other kid entertainment places here in Visalia, this is less expensive. We love Quantum Leap and we love to jump!
Really fun and cool you can get cop passes for doing something cool or nice I'd rate a 5
Place is pretty clean. The bathroom was closed when I was here which is not good at all. You would expect them to make sure a bathroom is always available for it's customer's which will include many kids. Staff seems to be more interested in hanging out than working even when there is people in line. The kids seem to have fun. I like that they have couches for adults or parents who brought their children. They do not sell any food and have a vending machine for basic drinks. Since they don't have competition they are comfortable providing very basic customer service and services.
