A good place to stored your stuff in
I called to ask if they had 10x10's available. I was told they had 4 available and the woman was very polite. She told me I just needed to be down there by 6 PM. (They close at 7 PM) I arrived at 5:15 PM and was told by another woman named Renee that she could not rent it to me because she was all done for the day since her computer was being slow. She couldn't have taken my information and input it later? Then she told me to come back at 7:20 AM since it would take her 20 minutes to get things ready to rent in the morning. (They open at 7 AM) They can't arrive at 6:45 AM and prepare thins for the day? Pretty poor service. I won't go back to that location.
Clean, and worked for the the few months u needed storage, decently rated prices.
Been using storage facility for years, so far so good no problems
I would never ever ever suggest this facility to anybody not even my enemy! I'm i'm the process of filling out a formal complaint with the better business bureau. They as already have a grade of only a C. My guess it's that this will make it a D or possibly an F as I am disabled and they have been harrassing me since I 21st obtained this unit.
