Okay so I went here at 4:55ish and I just came here the other day for my toes and the ladies were great. But this guy right now just did my nails and it was suppose to be a manicure and it definitely wasn't. He cut my finger and it was bleeding and he was freaking out and he stabbed me when he was pushing back my cuticles, and I'm pissed rn bc I paid $25 for a manicure. Don't recommend this place at all:))
This place just wants to get you out. They are dirty, unsanitary, and expensive. Came from san jose looking to get my nails done while visiting family and had the worst experience. Mr transfer sucks. Regret that I even paid. DON'T GO HERE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP HOLE
Fast and convenient is not worth the unfriendly customer service or the quality of work they do.
This is the worse nail salon I've ever been to. The woman that was doing my nails at table #5 seemed to be in a hurry. She hurt me like no one else has ever done before. I had to walk out of there because I couldn't stand the pain. She kept apologizing, but at the same time she kept on hurting me. I'll never go back to that place again.
I've been coming here for several years, it's close to where i live, therefore the location is convenient. Unfortunately this place is going down hill. The service is terrible and the place is dirty. The employees are so busy and rushed that they end up doing a very poor job on my nails. In fact, I've had one guy get up in the middle of doing my nails, leave me sitting at the table for 15 minutes or so, only to have another employee tell me it will be a few minutes...he is eating. =-0.
**Update, I'm currently shopping for a new salon. I've been a loyal customer for several years. Today I called to make sure someone was able to do my nails and do a pedicure. Christina is awesome. So I wanted her to do my feet. I explained on the phone that I needed nails removed and a full set. She said to come in and someone will do my nails then she could do my pedicure. Came in and Nancy was cashing someone out then asked me. I explained what I needed and that I called. She said she couldn't under her breath and walked away. Another person walked in asking for a full set and she told her to sit down at her station. I sat up front wondering what was going to happen. I see Nancy come from the back eating and telling Christina who was working on a client still that she wasn't (Christina) wasn't going to have time for me. I left. I feel like there could have been better communication. Who leaves a customer like that? I'm sad to leave but know that this place has changed in a negative way. I no longer recommend.
I am now on the hunt for a friendly-convenient location. Any suggestions?
I only go here for my nails. I love these people. They're very nice. They treat each other and their customers like family.
I am writing this review because I just had my nails done last Saturday, August 20th. My nails are so thin, 3 of my nails on my right hand have chipped off. I do not plan on going back, because my guess is they will charge me for 3 nails + polish or tell me I need a full set. Anything to make extra money. Oh and they expect a nice tip at the end. If you give them none or $1 they get ticked. I'm sorry but tips are earned and should not be expected. Be friendly and do a great job? Then you will get a nice tip.
I've also noticed that when i get a french using gel polish, within a few days my nails turn yellow. When i asked them about it, I was told it's from smoking. What the heck?? I do not smoke, never have and never will.
