I would give it zero stars, if I could. I walked in with pictures of what I wanted. I never ever had a problem with a hair dresser being able to do, what I request. Had I known that I wasn't going to get the color I want or even the hairstyle. I would have walked out and save $120. I kept asking and telling the hair dresser I wanted a pixie haircut with a dark plum color. She said she would, then in the end said no because the high light wasnt light enough. Then told me if I wanted purple to come back and I'd have to pay another $120... so I have to pay over $200 for something I could have been able to get done else where for a lot less and in ONE day. A part from that she complained about being tired and not being able to do purple because she's too busy...but asked if I know people who need a hair dresser? I walked out crying and now have to find another salon who will listen to me. Last time ever waste my money here.

I decided to pamper my wife and take her here for our ten year anniversary. I booked a massage and facial one month in advance. One week before the appointment I received a call and was informed that they cannot do the facial because the lady will not be there at that time. I'm annoyed but ask if they can do a petticure and manicure instead and am told that it will be no problem. I just received a call again today (three hours before my appointment) and was told that they cannot do the mani and petti because the lady again will not be there today. I'm driving in from Bakersfield and this was supposed to be a nice day for just the two of us. Now I find myself in the awkward position of trying to salvage the rest of the day and figure out some last minute plan.
If I could give no stars at all I would, went in because my salon did not open down the street which I had a appointment with, so I saw this fabulous looking place Renaissance I needed to get a trim, and scalp treatment, due to a very bad accident, and months of physical therapy and rehab very stressful, my hair went through a period of loosing some, not to the point that it was balding, it still was pretty thick, just not as thick as before the accident, my hair way past middle of back nearly to waist, always had way long hair, never short, or even near short,all my supplies were for long hair, curlers, even had heated rollers custom for long long hair and the girls name Natalie Ellens (who they gave me) and she first treated my hair with the 25.00 hair scalp loss treatment, okay, then she sat me down at her chair, grabbed my hair in her hand sideways and said this much? showing me sideways from my head a couple of inches and actually took my hair to the back where I could not see it and held it in a pony tail I could hear her cutting a lot of my hair!!!! one long swipe with her cutters, I knew by the sound of it, she butchered me, I was pissed, and in shock, when it fell to above my shoulders, what a jerk. I just wanted to get the hell out of there, she wanted to put highlights in, use a hot iron it, can you believe that? then she began to blow dry it, and burned the hell out of my scalp on the left side, I gave her my Christmas present, from my husband a 100.00 bill told her to keep it, just wanted out of there, we had made a appt for a eyebrow wax before the butchering began, I get home my husband could not believe the short haired haircut she gave me, my friends and family said the cut was horrible, cause she forgot to trim the front so my hair is all broken off in front and scraggley and my hair has only grown a couple of inches, all the hair underneath is shorter hey Natalie if you wanted to try a hair style why didn't you give one to someone who wanted one, I loved my very long hair, and you took off many years of growth, and then she had the nerve to text me a appointment for another haircut 3 weeks later, How rude you are!! why would I want another haircut? I never wanted one in the first place, just a trim!l
