I have been there a few times for me and my kids. Staff is courteous and wait times not as bad as other reviewer said. I feel that people don't fully understand what it means to be in the field of health care. You can't please everyone, and the only people who write reviews are mostly angry at everything.
I've scheduled two doctors appointments and the wait time to see a doctor has been ridiculous both times. I'm currently writing this review in a room that I have been sitting in for over a hour to see a doctor. I've been checked by the nurse and was told that the doctor would be in shortly. Apparently not! They are not busy at all. Only one person in the waiting room. To top things off, on my last visit the doctor said she only has 10 minutes per patient. She only wanted to go over my back pain and told me I would have to make another appointment to go over anything else. The fact that I even have the time to write this review is beyond me. Stay away from this clinic!
I was so excited to see a doctor next door to the hospital. I went for my first appointment the office is very modern and clean .I have pannick attacks and anxiety I take Zoloft and adavan as soon as the doctor meet me he lowered my adavan I explained to him that I have severe anxiety and cannot lower it he wouldn't listen not me he lowered it and cut the dosage in half and then changed around my other medicines now this is after one time meeting me so I left and suffered every day anxious and ran out of my pills I went back explained I was on disability for anxiety please leave my dose alone I needed to go back on my normal dosage he would not listen I saw another doctor and had to beg for my medicine .I have never had to beg for medications I've never been treated this way horrible experience here I absolutely do not recommend this doctors office .A doctor should work with his patient to make you comfortable and safe They would not work with me . I'm so angry now in have to change my doctors office again just so I can get my old dosage back . Of the doctor walked one day in my shoes and felt the anxiety I live with he would have never changed it
