C-My allergies are so bad my face is puffy
This place sucks everytime i go in to an appointment i wait an hour i go 15mins before time and still wait an hour thats why if im sick i go to urgent care becuase this place dosent care about patients
I'm having stomach issues I don't know what's happening,
And today same Bull, I'm waiting for medications that the PA precribed but didn't describe or mention what they were for my back pain. Waiting waiting waiting for my prescription. Called FHCN 2 hours later PA didnt send it so they will send it then. 1 hour later, Called the pharmacist they didn't receive a fax. Called FHCN AGAIN and their was an apparent error with the fax on their end and have to wait for the PA to get done with another patient to FAX it. Now my pharmacy is closed.

A-My vertigo was so bad I couldnt drive nor walk
Me: I can't work because I'M IN PAIN
PA: have you tried back therapy?
The only plus, good thing, is the man who stands by the door checks you in. Very nice, directive, and helpful.
This was my second time coming here. First time my appointment was at 6:30 I made it there at 6:10, did not leave till 8:20 not cool. Today appointment at 10:30 i waited 50 minutes i had to leave the wait time is not good
B-My Inner Ears are hurting
Me: yes I've gone to three and it's not something that can be fixed I have to live with it and they have already gave me the necessities to do back routines at home
If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would. I was in there with an appointment before 11 am and was told my prescription was sent . Turns out it wasn't and then they went out on lunch! It's been 4 hours later and they barely called it in. this is ridiculous! I will NEVR go to any of their clinics anymore !
90% of the staff is rude
I have always hated this place. Front desk are always so rude. They gave me the run around and said I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. I will never go there again!!!!!

They have withheld my own personal records that got faxed to them from a referral doctor and told me "oh this is a big building that fax could be anywhere" do they not have an organized system?!
