Great pediatrics, however the front staff lacks of professionalism
I been there about 4-5 times out of those time 3-4 I had to argue with the staff over paper work that the Dr didn't fill correctly. One time over then trying to refuse to see me and the also the staff not knowing how to treat people. Some of the people working there should not be in that line off work. They should be working for the IRS because they really don't care about what you have to say.
The way things are ran here are so inefficient. They told me the wrong date for an appointment I was being referred to another office... And they told me it was the next month when I called the office I was being referred to they informed me it was that same day!. I also received a call saying I missed an appointment which I was at and when I called the lady said it's because o was an hour late, which I wasn't and when I corrected her she said oh I'm sorry I don't know why we marked you as a walk in. Another time I came to pick up a copy of my daughters tb shot and they said they had no record of her ever having it. Although The doctors have worked with have been great! The front office doesn't seem to know how to do their job unfortunately.
So I show up two hours before they closed for pain, when I finally had a doctor come talk to me, he basically rushed the appointment when I had so much questions about my pain and made me reschedule for the next day. Hopefully, today, I get a doctor that can actually help me out.
It apparently takes 2 weeks to get medical records sent. Sounds like understaffing to me. I would suggest the representatives be taught how to say: "Thank you" and "You are welcome" and I do mean that unless of course, it is me they refuse to be professional with.
