Charged both me and my girlfriend. One hour on customer service (forwarded to 5 different people) and there is "no record" of our transaction. We're dealing with all of this at the national level because the local level isn't answering their phone and doesn't give you the option to leave a voicemail. DO NOT USE. We were charged $190 (instead of the original estimate of $138) and now can't get a refund. Awful customer service, awful rental experience.
