Everyone was nice at first and took care of my sick doggy and answered my questions. We decided we had to put our doggy down so we came back a few days later. At this time they didn't advise me of how long the cremation process was going to take or how it was going to look. I didn't think it would take long but it took almost 3 weeks and a half to get my dogs ashes back. I was sad because it took long and every week I called, they were rude to me saying they will call me when it arrives. The last and most upsetting part was that my dogs ashes came in a zip lock bag and rolled up inside a cheap tin box. I was surprised that I spent over $150 for that. I was expecting a nice little box wrapped or at least a heavy duty tin. That was the most "affordable" they had. I wanted to take my own urn but they didn't allow it. Because I was going through a difficult time, I was unaware of all this. My sisters ashes came in a small wooden box with a key but she took her to the ER Vet. So I'm guessing all vets send remains to different places. Had I known this, I wouldn't have taken her here. :(
Everything possible was done for my two babies; however, they are no longer with me. I can't be without a fur friend but I couldn't bear the thought of looking at a dog that looked like one I had lost so instead of pit bulls I now have a chihuahua! I was a mom to pit bulls for over 20 years and had no idea what is needed with a chihuahua. Our first visit was a learning situation for both of us! It is turning out great and is one more reason that Care Veterinary and the wonderful doctors and staff are so much admired and loved by me and my dogs. Care Veterinary Clinic is the only place to take your dog if you love that dog.
For the best, most compassionate care in the world this is the place to take your pet. Dr Proctor and his staff are incredible with animals and are currently caring for my two elderly dogs which they have cared for since puppy-hood. I would never take them anywhere else because they are genuinely interested in your pets welfare. No matter what the situation they describe in detail what the problem is, ways to address it and accept your input as how to proceed. Can you ask for anything more? I don't think so. I'm one very satisfied client of Care Veterinary Clinic
Love this place. They treat my dog great every time. Never had a bad experience, my dog leaves here so happy and with a bone for being a good girl! Great people who love animals work here.
