Vacinations may be low cost, but they're afraid of large breed dogs. Their actions caused a very docile non-aggressive dog to become combative & aggressive.
They take care of strays like a loved member of the family. Very good animal people.
Very understanding staff who must put up with dumb people who do not spay or neuter their animals. The cat population in Visalia continues to be like nothing we’ve ever seen. Maybe people living in Tulare County don’t care —or are too heartless to care—. The overpopulation and multiple litters is Very sad, people.
