I also over heard them use other various scare tactics to try and push other customers into purchasing more tires then they needed. Claiming things like uneven wear and so on.
A quick, painless experience! With that said, I went in having done my research. The Wal-Mart in Dinuba is closer to my home with the same tires I prefer, for practically the same price. America's Tire on Mooney is close to where I work; I let my sales associate know that it was only a matter of time and convenience -- it could either be a sale with America's Tire, today, or a sale at Wal-Mart, tomorrow. No muss, no fuss, price-matched, and out in 30 minutes!
The people make the difference here! They have some great people working at this store and did a fantastic job installing new wheels and tires on my SUV. I will drive over an hour to do business with America's Tire again. Keep up the good work!

I've been a customer of this company for over 25 years, and I've never had a bad experience at any store anywhere in the country. Best tire store in the nation hands down. You will never find better customer service anywhere else!
This company will use scare tactics to try and push you into buying more tires or products then you need. I won't do business with this company again because of their sales tactics.
The prices are good if you call around and make sure they price match/beat another competitor. How ever I do not care for their sales tactics. I purchased 2 tires for the front of my vehicle only, because the rear tires still had a lot of tread on them. Due to the camber of the front tires wear out faster then the rear tires. When I did purchase new tires for the rear I asked them put the front tires on the rear and the new tires on the front of the vehicle. This will help balance the tread wear. At first their shoddy sales man tried to push me into buying all new tires. Making all sorts of claims, that's not how you do it, if you do that you'll lose control of your car blah blah. When I informed him the front tires were less then 4 months old and had fewer then 3000 miles on them he said "maybe". I finally had enough and said, under steer is a lot more dangerous then over steer so quit with your scare tactics I'm not buying more tires. When he finally figured out I was not putting up with this companies sales tactics he backed off.
