Re: To update the shop owner and shop manager do not properly train their employees answering the phone to appropriately speak to customers simply put I do not feel the need to have to call back based off of the way that you allow your representatives to conduct themselves on the phone your business is not as professional as you would like to lead on to your reviews in regards to a diagnosis for my vehicle I suggest that you listen to the phone call and see that I simply wanted a base price to read the codes it was given horrifying customer service and return for asking to speak to the manager I was probably disrupted by a short and offensive answer I would love to believe that this company conducts business that is trustworthy but based off of my experience I can only tell you that they choose to ask people to positively review their horrific customer service after I called -midas I was given a simple quote ended up spending $510 that this business lost out on based off of bad customer service. I wanted to give my business to this company based on reviews it's sad that something as simple as phone etiquette stop this company from receiving business form myself and any other associate that asked me for a good auto body repair shop.

A great mechanic shop!!! Iv been very happy with my experiences with the auto shop, I have taken my gmc in many times due to my engine light popping on and off and with no hesitation they have seen me the same day and have been figuring out what could possibly be wrong with my car. I have been to A lot of mechanics in the past and I must say they are the best by far! They have the up most by far, greatest customer service! They explaine everything in detail and get it done! Thank you so much lori, juan, and jim! I feel so much better knowing my car is more than well taken care of! You guys are amazing! Glad I found you guys! Five stars all the way!
Honest, thorough and knowledgeable with straight forward and competitive rates. I'm so happy to have found such a great auto repair shop! They know a lot about Prius hybrid systems and will get you back on the road as quickly as possible. I can't imagine going anywhere else from here on out. I contacted this job based off of reviews put on here by other customers was told by word of the mouth that this shop was a great shop trustworthy and great customer service today I spoke with Lori who claims she's a customer service manager shop manager was given horrible customer service when asked what I was looking for I told her several times the issues I was having and what I expected I was then cut off and abruptly talk to with no disregard or remorse ask to speak to the shop manager or owner and was given the runaround and told that I'd be called back at a later date FYI for one and you're better off taking it to a shop like Midas where they give you great customer service with more trustworthy Representatives I will never give my business to this company and I will suggest to others around me to not trust this company based off of their customer service and general knowledge
Amazing experience with the Auto shop! If you have had bad luck with mechanics in the past this shop will not disappoint you. Brought my car in for a diagnosis in the evening, and drive it home the next afternoon all fixed! Jim and all of the staff are very knowledge able and easy to talk to. Thanks guys!
