Very nice staff. They help out a lot. If I can't find things, they will. I spend way too much on their items. Only downside is the Built brand. I hate it. Not the best quality. Rather spend some extra cash on good items.
i used to come here more often but not anymore since they stopped supporting the local biker community. they have everything you need as a biker but their prices are high and you can find anything they have online for much cheaper.
When I go to pick up my wheels that will be the last time they ever see me! I'll take them to a real motorcycle shop to complete the job. I have given them a lot of money over the years, only to find that they are completely incompetent.
I was called by staff at Cycle Gear Visalia and the guy told me that they cannot get the bead to set on my tires. He said that they don't have a good enough compressor and that I need to go pick up the wheels and take them to a tire shop across the street to have them set the bead. After I have done this, I need to bring them back to get balanced.
Friendly and helpful staff, and they gave me solid advice. They let me try on all the models I wanted, and there are hundreds of models to try. They have a fair return policy also.
