I took my car in because it was overheating every once in a while. They replaced a bunch of stuff that they said I "had to have" and charged me an exorbitant fee. After I left, it began to overheat everyday. I took it back and they replaced what they thought was the problem. $2200 later, it overheated 10 minutes after I left the parking lot. When I went back, they made me feel like I was an idiot. (Maybe because I am a female?)
Great shop these guys no how too get things done. I have known them for 18 years and have recommended them and never heard of a bad experience keep up the great work guys
Long story short, after having them "fix" it, I went for a year adding water to it everyday. EVERYDAY. Then I went on YouTube and taught myself how to fix a cracked head gasket. It now runs like a champ. NO thanks to Visalia German Automotive.
Went a few months ago for a transmission fluid change. Far more reasonably priced than the dealerships in the area.
