I like Kohl's, but everything is so unorganized. A rack of a certain type/brand of clothes is intermixed with other brands and styles that are similar (or maybe not). I tried to buy my husband 3 pairs of shorts. All same style. I thought I'd double checked, but a size 42 short was on a 36 hangar. I should have double checked because they even had women's sizes on some hangers. These were clearance items. The one pair looked like same shorts, but was one inch tighter when tried on even though I checked that it was a 36. If you look at tag, it was a different style but almost identical. Now I have to make another trip. I asked for assistance while there and a very polite employee took me to a couple of displays that she had to reach real far back to find the style as they were all mixed in with other brands and styles. I think they have way too many clothes and can't keep them in the space they have without mixing stuff together!
Good prices. They usually have coupons. The store is a little messy and sometimes the lines are long to check out. If you're looking for coupons for Kohls the retail me not app usually has some.
In other stores there can be sales people at every corner asking if you need help and that can be irritating. Not so here. If you need help you gotta find a machine which buzzes for someone to come to where you are. That might take about 10-15 minutes. But this is my only complaint. Otherwise this store is the best. We have their rewards card and we grabbed about 90 dollars worth of goods and only paid 56. Now that is shopping!!!

Usually a very long wait to check out if you dont shop before 3pm. They tend to wait until the line is backed up before more checkers are called. This is more a reflection management since I've never had a bad experience with any of your cashiers. There also seems to be a lack of inventory to most anything I purchase. You need more stalkers. They are always doing multiple jobs which spreads them out making it difficult for them to complete their job, help customers, cross cover and or anything else they may have to do. Great employees, good deals, need more staff, so they can solve all the other underlined issues...
