4:30 pm at Noble store I am waiting in line for the second time today after calling in a Rx two days ago and being told by the automated voice that it would be ready at 10 am this morning. The staff members at this pharmacy are very nice and as helpful as they can possibly be
Walmart managers you need to correct your system
So I would like to see Walnut on Noble be revamped and up four more hours expand. Because not everybody wants to go to Walmart on Mooney it's a hardship and an inconvenience for most of us. Oh and by the way I do Drive so I have nothing to do with how, I get there it's just the inconvenience of having to drive over there to and from.
It is a great place to shop. It has nearly everything you may need, it has great service and the lines aren't so long.
Also to have to leave and travel over the other side of Visalia just to shop for some quick things.
I have been attempting to call the pharmacy for 2 days off and on all day with no response. Costco has faxed them to attempt to have my prescription transferred over and they won't even respond to the fax. I will never take another order to this place again. If I could have left the stars blank and gave them zero stars I would have done that. They lady I spoke with that answered the phone in the store was very nice and understanding. Sorry I didn't get her name but thanks.
Walmart is almost not worth going. it's too crowded, products are in the walkway so you constantly bump and Dodge people. they've messed with the makeup department so it looks like a cut off jail area. the store needs upgrading of the floor and products. Rather go to Target where is nicer, cleaner, not as crowded and always roomy and organized
However they have to daily deal with a complete system failure in which they are not supported with enough staff, enough check out registers or enough room to adequately contain all of the people that are servicing.
They work hard and remain pleasant in a very difficult work environment
Great store but needs to go to 24/7 hours. Because I hate driving all the way over to the south side of Visalia to st the Mooney Walmart and their place is so filthy and the there are rude employees , who work there. Who act as if a customer is a inconvenience to help in time of need while shopping.
