Even though I had a 20% coupon, she used a larger discount coupon for me, which gave me an even better price on my item, and I was still able to use other discounts like my Plenti card. So I saved a bunch of money on just 1 item, that was an expensive item that I normally wouldn't have purchased for myself that I need.

All was well until I asked the cosmetics Dept a question. The question was, "do you sell Almay products?". The answer was, (with attitude) "no, a Macy's store is not where you would find Almay. Her attitude was demeaning and rude.
Terrible store, I was in the market for a half-eaten bag of croutons and a used gum wrapper and this place had neither. Terrible! Would not recommend.
Always CLEAN. Really nice sales clerk's, very nicely set up and has restroom on both floors so if one is being cleaned you can take the elevator to next floor to use restroom. Prices competitive.
I'm not sure what's going on at Macy's. I'm hoping remodeling is the reason for fewer clothes, less organized and several months of declining variety and quality of clothing choices. It's been my favorite place to shop. What's up?
