Today was a very pleasant experience! I had Mark as a salesman, he was very knowledgeable and patient as I had lots of questions. I ended up purchasing three kitchen appliances. Sears in Visalia is the place that I will return to for any future purchases.
I have learned a lesson never to order or purchase anything from Sears again.
THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN. No one ever answers the phone and when they do they transfer you to the wrong department EVERY TIME. I have spent hours on the phone with them just trying to transfer me to someone with half a brain. Don't even try going into the store for help either. Sales associates won't even try to help you unless you are buying something from them. Most of them are useless human beings with an attitude problem. I will never purchase from this store again with their god awful customer service.
There is nothing even listed about this return policy on their invoice. All it states is that I can return the online order to my local Sears store. Nothing listed about how many days I have for the return.
Sears has the worst return policy. Ordered shoes online on 8/3/17. They were delivered in the middle of August. Didn't fit. Went to return them on 9/16/17. Apparently can't return them since they only have a 30 day return policy, and their system doesn't remember any transactions past that 30 days? That is the worst return policy I have ever come across.
