The work was well done! Jose Rubalcaba did a great job! Unfortunately, customer service by Gerrod Erwin was less than desirable. His attitudes stank. Apparently, he did not read the message on his shop board that read and I quote:" A bad attitude is like a flat tire; unless, you change it , you're not going to get anywhere."
I have bought 3 sets of tires, had tires rotated and a road hazard tire repair done at this Costco. Everyone that I have worked with here have been extremely professional and helpful. I stop by periodically to check my tire pressure and am always greeted with a smile. The only downside I have is the elimination of the early morning appts which were great to get tire work done and not have to miss too much work. Hopefully they can bring this useful feature back in the future.
